Bio Michael D. Kerrigan Writer/Photographer/Historian/Novelist Occupations such as butcher, baker and candlestick maker have eluded me; but I've been a soda jerk, bus boy, counterman, cook, curbhop, newspaper boy, stock boy, ladies' shoe salesman, survey rodman, warehouse worker, house painter, toy maker, roofer, truck driver, cab driver, disc jockey, copywriter, media rep, sales manager, advertising consultant, telemarketer, martial arts instructor, photo-journalist, editor, publisher, ghost writer, loan officer, barroom philosopher and freelance writer. I have a Private Pilot certificate, a SCUBA certificate and a 3rd dan black belt TKD certificate (and an honorary 5th dan). I'm an avid sailor and recently spent three years living on a sailboat in Coconut Grove, FL, which, with a little help from my friends and some high-priced boat mechanics, I completely refurbished. I also enjoy reading, research, writing, photography, weight training, hiking, camping, fishing, canoeing and horseback riding, and I'm learning to play the guitar. Some people might be inclined to say that I'm a dabbler--I say that there's so much to do and so little time in which to do it.

is sorry one could not have taken both
